The historic charm of the building is captivating, and I truly enjoyed the delicious meals prepared with high-quality local produce. Breakfast was a highlight, thanks to the warm and helpful staff who made sure I was well-fed!
Noise from nearby guests late at night affected my sleep, and the bright light from the smoke detector was a bit disruptive. It would be great to have quieter rooms or additional soundproofing.

The breakfast was a real treat – those bread toasts were pure heaven! The staff were super helpful in preparing a takeaway breakfast for our early departure, and the room itself offered a good level of comfort.
While our room was a bit too cold, and the lighting could use a serious upgrade, we still enjoyed our time. The steps to the bathroom could be an adventure, but it added character, right? Just a bit steep for the price tag of £180.
